I deleted a ‘page’ and am trying to get it back…I’m having such difficulty with WordPress :( In other words, I had 4 ‘headers’, HOME, ABOUT, CONTACT and BLOG. BLOG is now gone!!!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Every theme has a detailed theme description page. This one is at
https://wordpress.com/theme/shine-on and that’s where set up instructions for it and the live demo site link is found.All support docs are at https://en.support.wordpress.com/ where we have a search box as the most prominent feature on the page.
This is a one or the other situation. You have two choices on any blog
(1) All posts on the front page.
(2) Or a static front page http://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/front-page/ and all posts on a different page. In that case you can create a Page for the Home page https://en.support.wordpress.com/pages/#create-a-new-page first and create one for your Posts/Blog then designate a static front page.Provided you are logged in as Admin under the exact same username account that registered the site go to
http://NAME_OF_BLOG.wordpress.com/wp-admin/options-reading.php to make the designation.
* You will, of course, have to replace NAME_OF_BLOG with your own site’s name in that URL.

I figured it out…not sure how I did it, but I was able to re-add my “BLOG” page.
Now I again have HOME ABOUT CONTACT and BLOG…now if only I could remember how I did it LOL…
I’m an artist, and SO not a “techie”; even though wordpress does do most of the work, it still takes me far too long to just get it going. I think I’m okay now…whew!
