I am still not getting any notifications despite all settings looking OK

    Hello again, I asked a few weeks ago about this and I have also asked on a forum. I have not been receiving any WordPress emails, at all, since July sometime when they all stopped.
    I have checked all the settings, (that I know about) on the site and cannot work out what is going on. I’d love some help please.

    Hi there,

    I checked our logs and we’re definitely sending them out. I also checked your account settings and things look good. I see that you changed the frequency at which you receive email notifications last month. Do you know if that is when you began no longer receiving the emails?
