I am still waiting on my refund

    See email copied. It has been over ten business days. My bank says they release as soon as deposited and have no records of this refund coming through.

    Hi there,

    Please note that It can also take longer than 10 days if you are with a non-US bank. You can follow up with your bank directly on this by providing them with the transaction ID that appears in the refund receipt as a reference.
