  ok, so I cant upload header images, I cant get hold of anyone in the support team, I have loads of questions. can someone from WordPress email me or contact

  Are you receiving any kind of error messages when you try to upload the header? What theme are you using? What other issues/questions do you have?

  Hello,

  Firstly thank you for coming back to me so quickly.

  So firstly there is no error message it just never uploads the new image to my website. I’ve even deleted all the other images and now have a black screen. Even if I try to change it to one of the other pre set images.

  Can I upgrade to personal use, but then later upgrade again and if so will I be paying the full price everytime or will it be the difference in cost?

  If I transfer my domain name will it have wordpress at the end of it or simply read Modernmind.Co.uk?

  Can I set up an email account with you that would read (email visible only to moderators and staff)?

  Is there a service where you guys can design much page for me and set it all up properly and if so how much?

  I apologze for not getting back with you sooner! Also as a clarification, I am not WordPress.com staff; I’m a forum volunteer.

  I would try clearing your browser’s cache, clearing WordPress.com cookies, or trying a different browser to see if that makes any difference with the images. You could also try to scale your image down to a smaller size and see if that changes anything as well; a larger file is more easily affected by any disturbances with your Internet service.

  From what I understand, you will only pay the difference – depending on how much time has passed – if you upgrade again later. I do not have any personal experience with this.

  Each WordPress.com upgrade plan includes one free domain credit; this allows you to either get a new domain name or map an existing one. If you already own Modernmind.Co.uk, you can set your account to use that address.

  WordPress.com provides several different ways to set up an email account. You can learn more about the various accounts and see what would work best for you here:

  WordPress.com offers hundreds of themes for you to choose from with an upgrade plan so you can find something that fits in with the look you want. Although WordPress.com doesn’t offer plugins, it does offer a lot of the more popular plugin functionality already built-in.
