I, too, am stuck in an infernal circle of repeat answers. For some reason, WP keep saying I should upgrade from my current paid plan – which I have no intention of doing. I’ve already clicked on “remove premium options” but the message is reappearing. When the agent is trying to connect me to a person, the connection gets lost.

Hello, the options suggested are the same as suggested by the bot, and they are not working. Further, how can the site be made in premium choices when I only upgraded after the site was drafted?
