  You don’t have to log in with an email address. Log in with your username and password. If you have forgotten your password (you didn’t write it down?!?) have you tried leaving a comment on the site to see which email address it goes to (you have more than one email address?!?).

  WordPress.com can’t and won’t give login credentials on demand. Leave a comment on that site and check all of your email addresses.
