  The site I need help with is towncountryproperty.wordpress.com/. This site is not linked to my WordPress.com account.

  That site belongs to the WordPress.com username account that created it, and only that person can transfer ownership of the site to someone else. We cannot transfer ownership of that site to you under any circumstances.
