I do not find a place to put HTML code for Google because it is not showing up in the search engine. And I need to know where to go to fix that. I am on the Google website and I have an HTML code to have the site on google but do not know where to put it. I can’t find privacy settings according to your instructions. Please help.

It can take several weeks for a new blog to start showing up in Google, and even then you are not guaranteed to appear there for competitive keyword searches. Can you please read this help page which explains how that works in a bit more detail?
