The Premium bundle includes all of the upgrades shown here:
Notably, you will get an increase in storage space (to 13GB total), the ability to upload audio straight to your site, and the ability to make customizations to colors and fonts.
It’s also worth noting that your domain (travelinginsandouts.com) expires on 3/26/15. That domain would be renewed as well so you wouldn’t have to pay for that separately.
