    Hello
I am truly fed up with WordPress NO SORRY your support is a joke! I will not contact your Support anymore (have sent twenty emails so far), you help me now or will delete my account within 24 hours, I never come across any large platform like yours don’t bother to respond or care for its users. First I have lost my ozarde.wordpress.com, no response from your support! I paid for ozarde.com domain showing me insecure and Safari blocked my WordPress blog, so I have cancelled the paid membership twice. I have tried using Import option and cancelled/stopped it immediately, still, import is on and all my 1000+ Tumblr blog posts are getting imported automatically damn!. I have spent days, hours creating content on WordPress, getting screwed completely. Extremely disappointed! very bad support ever. Is any humans there at Automattic? or everything is Automatic here? really frustrating. How could you do this?

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there, it does sound very frustrating but it looks like this account is 4 day old and this post is the first time you are posting to our community support forums. https://en.forums.wordpress.com/users/ozardesandeep/

First I have lost my ozarde.wordpress.com, no response from your support!

Given that you are posting from a fairly new account, you might need to be logged in with a different username account in order to access ozarde.wordpress.com If you don’t remember the username account or password to that account, please fill out our account recovery form. https://en.support.wordpress.com/account-recovery/

If you do remember the username/password associated with that account, please first log out of this account and only then log in with the correct one.

    I paid for ozarde.com

    Registrar: GoDaddy.com, LLC
    Name Servers
    NS73.DOMAINCONTROL.COM
    NS74.DOMAINCONTROL.COM

ozarde.com looks to be registered with GoDaddy and is currently using GoDaddy nameservers.

Are you trying to map your domain to your above WordPressdotcom website ozardesandeep.wordpress.com? If so, it requires a paid WordPressdotcom upgrade. Here’s how you can do that https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-existing-domain/

If you are eligible for direct support through LiveChat and email via a paid upgrade, when you send multiple emails to support, that actually pushes your support request down in their queue. Please be patient and only send another email if you have new information to add. Also please note that the support@ email address is no longer used.

Regardless, I’ve flagged this thread for Staff support to help you with the rest of your site issues, but as they are away this week at their annual team meetup, replies may be a longer in arriving. Please be patient for their response.

In the meantime, you can also help by letting us know which WordPressdotcom site you are trying to import your tumblr content to.

    Hello

I don’t have below information, what should I do? the only proof I have is my name is Sandeep Ozarde and you will find me on Twitter with the same name. Domain ozarde.com belongs to me.

Questions you are asking on recovery page is impossible to answer. I have none.

    Proof of Ownership
To help recover your account, we require some information from you to verify your ownership of the account. Please note that we are unable to recover an account without proof of ownership.

Do you have a transaction ID? What’s this?
Do you have an activation URL or key? What’s this?
Do you have two factor authentication codes? What’s this?

    Extra Details
Do you have anything else you want to add? Please note that we cannot accept publicly published material as proof of account ownership.

    Hi –

I’ve had a look over the account.

First I have lost my ozarde.wordpress.com, no response from your support!

That site is online and active. I do not understand what you mean that it is lost. Click on My Sites from your dashboard view to find it listed on the left hand side.

I paid for ozarde.com domain showing me insecure and Safari blocked my WordPress blog, so I have cancelled the paid membership twice.

Both payments that you made to us have been refunded. It looked like you were trying to map your domain over to WordPress.com. Is that right?

Right now, ozarde.com is registered at GoDaddy and also being hosted there. I will be happy to help you map it if that’s what you’re looking to do.

As I said, we have processed refunds for your payments. It can take 10 days to reach your bank. Check in with them about their own processing times. They should be able to tell you when to expect the money back.

You do not need to recover any accounts on WordPress.com. You are signed in correctly.

Please write back so we can get this sorted. Thank you.
    ———————————–
Editing to add some more details about recovering your WordPress access (not WordPress.com) in case that’s where your having trouble.

ozarde.com is a self-hosted copy of WordPress through (host). It’s not using our hosting service and is quite different in many ways.

And since your site is not here on our servers, we don’t have access to help you regain access. But I may be able to point you in the right direction.

First contact (host) to be sure you have backups and can access the hosting side of your site, then read all of these these instructions from WordPress.org to determine which method you want to use to regain access to your installation:
    http://codex.wordpress.org/Resetting_Your_Password

As long as you can log into GoDaddy, you should be able to regain access. If you need more help, head to to the forums for self-hosted sites at https://wordpress.org/support
