I am told my username does not exist

  All I want is a username and password and email
  to post to other blog accounts

  Can you explain what you mean by “post to other blog accounts”?

  Do you already have another blog address? If so, what’s the URL?

  Since you already have a WordPress.com account (captainkent) and blog (captainkent.wordpress.com), if you need to create a separate account, you can log out of WordPress.com from the main menu (top right) in the admin bar, then create a new account with a different email address here:

  https://en.wordpress.com/signup/

  Please note that while logged into your captainkent account, you can also create a new blog from the My Blogs tab on the WordPress.com home page, then navigate to each blog dashboard from the main menu in the admin bar.
