  I am trying to access a WordPress site that is returning a 500 error when I tried to log in or load the site. It is lawbob.com.

  Hi there!

  These errors are usually caused by plugin conflicts but we won’t be able to help because your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with 1&1 Ionos.

  Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so we can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
