I am trying to add a credit card to Manage Purchases so I can buy mailing labels and every card I put in says There was a problem with your credit card. Please check your information and try again.

  I am trying to add a credit card to Manage Purchases so I can buy mailing labels and every card I put in says There was a problem with your credit card. Please check your information and try again. I have tried several cards and keep getting this message.

  Hi there,

  It looks like you’ve since been able to add a card, and I see 3 transactions for printing shipping labels already successfully charged to the card.

  Or are you trying to add a second/different card?

  I don’t see any failed card authorisations in our system. What type of card are you trying to add, i.e. Visa, AMEX, Mastercard, etc?
