I am trying to apply to administer my blog so I can use wordpress keyword Boss. How do I do this?

    I am really interested in Word Press Keyword Boss for my blog. I looked in the plug in section of my dashboard and I dont have any plugins just a sign to upgrade. I have read about administering my site to have plug ins. I didnt know there was such a long list of plug ins so I currently don`t plugins. This is all very confusing for me so I would be grateful if you could spell out to me:
    How to get plugins
    How to install them
    What administer my site means
