I am trying to cancel my premium theme and get a refund

  When ever I go to My Upgrades and I click on Cancel and Refund under the Premium theme that I purchased, I do not get the option to cancel it. Literally nothing happens. I am trying to cancel it and get a refund.

  Hi there!

  There’s currently a bug in our system which is preventing Premium Theme cancellations. Sorry about that inconvenience!

  I’ve gone ahead to cancel and issues a full refund for Bindery, as requested. Please note, it normally takes around a week for a refund to process and appear on your bank statement.
