  We cannot help you with this in the WordPress.com forums.

  To contact WooCommerce support you need to have linked a WordPress.com account to your WooCommerce.com profile that you used to buy an upgrade, and you need to be logged into WooCommerce.com via that WordPress.com account. If you’ve never connected your WordPress.com account to WooCommerce before, please see here:
