I am trying to change my username but..

    …when I enter the new name (which I know is available) it keeps telling me that the confirmation I type in afterwards does not match. However, it clearly does. I tried intermittently throughout yesterday, and this morning. I even tried deleting my account and setting up a new one under my desired name. But I have since found out that a wordpress account can never be deleted, thus I can’t use my email address again. Very frustrated! I would like my new username name to be ‘sarahlsnaps’. Please can you arrange this?
