  I am trying to change the color of the “hover border” on all images with links on my website http://www.ironcastle.ca , i can not find code

  Your site is not on WordPress.COM servers. We provide support only for sites hosted on WordPress.COM servers. You could be posting to the wrong support forum. To be clear we do not provide support for local installs of WordPress.ORG software, or for WordPress.ORG software installs on paid hosting, linked to WordPress.COM accounts with the Jetpack plugin so they display on the My Sites WordPress.COM account page.

  @kpartica, I took a quick look at your site, and was not able to see readily how the theme author set that border color on the images. I would suggest contacting the theme author.
