  I don’t see any sites under your account; what’s the address of the site you’re working on? It sounds like it’s a WordPress site hosted elsewhere, not on WordPress.com. Support for those can be found at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/, but you should also consider reaching out directly to Divi’s developers.
