I am trying to delete blog

    I am trying to delete blog: casaspuntacanaweb.wordpress.com and it wont allow me, saying i have a previous premium subscription and i must address it before deleting, but the subscription page doesn’t give me options to delete it.

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

    Hello @inmobiliariaenpuntacana,
    It is showing that message because you may have some paid plan(or a premium theme) already active on your site. You to need to cancel to upgrades first.

    To cancel an upgrade you must be logged in as Admin under the same username, that you registered your blog with. Then click on your profile picture on the top right corner of the blue navigation bar and then click on Manage Purchases on the sidebar, or just click here: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases to disble auto-renew, cancel plans and get refunded.

    WordPress.COM provides a 30-day refund on all of our upgrades except for Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers.

    Cancelled products, outside of their refund period, will remain in effect until their expiration date. Once a cancelled product expires, it will be removed from your site.

    NOTE: Refunds usually take about a week to appear on your statement. For credit card refunds, it may take 5-7 business days to appear on your online bank account or in 1-2 billing statements.

    If you have a premium theme currently applied to the site/blog that your trying to delete, then it must be removed by the WordPress Staff first.

    So… what you can do is tag this question with the modlook tag(on the Tags section of the sidebar), so that it gets the staff’s attention. If you wish to reach the staff directly for your future questions, just add the modlook tag in the Tags section.
