I am trying to delete my free trial

I want to cancel the free trial I am on. I have chosen the ‘cancel this upgrade’ option and it lets me know I should expect a confirmation email within 12 hours but Its been days and I haven’t received It.

I’d be happy to cancel your Premium Upgrade trial for you. Since you used it to register a domain name, there are two ways we can proceed:
1) I can cancel your domain name vanillascentedkisses.com and you won’t be charged. This means you will no longer be able to use vanillascentedkisses.com and it may be difficult or impossible for you to regain this domain name in the future.
2) If you want to keep your domain name vanillascentedkisses.com, you can pay the domain registration fee separately. If you do this, you will be able to keep using your domain name vanillascentedkisses.com, or you can transfer it for use with another service elsewhere.
