I am trying to EDIT CSS changes made through 'Customizing CSS'.

I am trying to EDIT css that I have already entered and published…
The article at: https://en.support.wordpress.com/custom-design/editing-css/
shows a graphic of the Customizing CSS page which includes links to: ‘Css Help’ and ‘Css Revisions’.
The wordpress install I have – which was done through 1and1 hosting does not have these two links. I added some css rules which are currently active but I want to edit them now… and it appears I am in a ‘cant get there from here’ situation.
Is there no way through the wordpress software that I can edit these rules without having to search through the server files? Please help this is very frustrating and 1and1 will not support me.

It looks like you are working with a self-hosted WordPress.org site instead of the WordPress.com-hosted version supported here.

https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/I would recommend searching on the WordPress.org support forums for similar issues. If you cannot find anything that works, you can start your own thread. The forums are completely separate from each other, so you will need to register an account there if you haven’t done so already.
