  I am trying to edit the contact form on my site. The contact form on my page is [contact form_customs] which is not listed under any of my contact forms. How do I edit this?

  @corporatedevelopment290917 these forums are actually for the sites here at WordPress.com, which is different than what you have as your own WordPress installation at another host.
