  I am trying to embed a chart. I Ctrl C opied it and pasted it onto my post but it did not convert to the chart

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  That is a table, and tables in HTML are not simple items. You cannot just copy paste them. If you use an online table writer, you can copy it there cell by cell, and paste the result into your HTML/text editor. You could, alternately, take a screenshot of it and crop it so it’s an image and put that in your blog.
