Hi –
Can you share the source for the playlist embed? What platform are you using? Spotify or something else?

Hi there,
I was able to embed that playlist on a WordPress.com site. Can you please let me know the address of the site where you’re trying to embed it?

Can you confirm that this is the site you are working on?

The playlist link you’ve added on your site is
https://open.spotify.com/playlist/6T0FMVCS7JliLBHgQDDzla, which you’ll see is not the same as the one you posted above in this thread. The difference between the two is the one you have on your site comes from the Spotify website, while the one you posted in this forum thread comes from the Spotify app.Spotify embeds are built into the WordPress software, so you don’t actually even need the shortcode – just pasting the playlist URL on its own line should automatically embed the playlist. But we recently noticed that the version of the playlist URL one gets from the Spotify web player no longer works, while the version from the desktop and mobile apps do.
Nothing has changed in WordPress in this regard, so we suspect something is broken on Spotify’s end. We’ve already reported it to them, but haven’t heard anything back yet.
But if you use the
https://open.spotify.com/user/129332091/playlist/6T0FMVCS7JliLBHgQDDzla?si=lKVK9mdcSjKUFL59uvJH9Qin your post instead of the one there currently, simply pasting it on its own line without the shortcode, it should work.
