In general, WordPress.com already comes loaded with a number of plugins built in to the platform which can be found in widgets and shortcodes. However, WordPress.com users cannot install 3rd party plugins. You can learn more about that here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/plugins/

The “no right click” option is not effective. It can easily be circumvented by making a screen capture.
