I am trying to pay for my domain name

  I am trying to pay for my domain name, ‘Bonitaukulelegroup.com’ but the site says it can only be done by the Lanarkukulelegroup administrator. I am an administrator for both sites so what gives? The name expires in 9 days so it would be nice to get this matter dealt with.

  Hi there,

  I would be happy to assist you in renewing your subscription. However, the upgrade that was purchased is not associated with the account you contacted us from. You’re an admin for the site, but not the owner. Until recently, you were able to renew an upgrade that wasn’t under your account, but now only the owner of the upgrade can. To confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into renewing the subscription upgrade. However, you should be able to renew the domain if logged into the account that owns the upgrade.

  As far as I know I used (email visible only to moderators and staff). But it was an off shoot of the lanarkukulelegroup.com. I know it’s always been paid on my credit card under the name of Garry Crabtree. How do I get to be the administrator again? I can tell you that Rod Martin now maintains the Lanark group now if that helps

  I m allowed in now but when I try to renew the domain name for $26.00 it automatically adds the premium package on for an extra $100.00. I tried but can’t delete it. Please fix it so I only need to renew the domain name.

  You were sent a manual payment via email for the $26. Did you receive that? You’ll need to pay through that method.
