I am trying to pay you, but the ‘smart’ form won’t allow my postal code.

I don’t live in the US, so my postal code is not five digits. So, the US zip code I use with my US bank credit card is 00000 – five zeros. The smarty-pants form won’t allow ANYTHING I put in, but I have to use the 00000 code, because that’s the one my credit card uses. You DO want me to pay you, don’t you? (Stuck in the middle…)

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  • Hi @taxiche, hmm, I’ve not seen that before. Typically if you have a billing address outside the country, you’ll be able to enter that address along with your correct postal code. Or, if your US card has an address inside the US, you’ll need to use the postal code for that city.

If that is not working, let us know and we’ll reach out via email for the correct billing address so we can test this further.
