I am trying to place an URL on my site to direct to a page with all info for customers. I have gone to pages and placed the text link on the relevant page and updated but it does not work?

  @torres126, with exact duplicate threads like this, please don’t reply, but just tag them as duplicate. Then we delete the entire thread to keep things clean. But we can’t do that if someone has replied to the thread, same as with spammers.

  Also, exact duplicates are more likely a glitch with the contact form or a user’s browser occasionally causing a post to submitted multiple times, rather than the user actually submitting multiple support requests.
