  I am trying to appoint my URL Danthonyrichard.com away from work press into shop at five and I would need to DNS record

  WP.com: Yes
  Correct account: Yes

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I need my dns record from wordpress because the domain is still appointing to wordpress i am try to get it to shopify instead

  Hello @danthonyrashad, as @startmees pointed out, you got an answer on another thread. Your domain is still the same way as it was seven months ago: it’s transferred to HostGator, but pointing to WordPress.

  You need to change the Name Servers in the HostGator dashboard, and use the Name Servers that HostGator provides to you.

  Shopify is a different story. You’ll change the DNS records.
  To connect to Shopify, you need to change in the HostGator dashboard the “A Record” and “CNAME Record” to point to Shopify’s IP Address.

  You don’t need to do anything else here at WordPress.com. I highly recommend you contact both HostGator and Shopify for further assistance.

  There is no need to share the name of your website here. You must write to whomever you registered your domain with and asked for detailed instructions how to transfer DNS records to them.
