I am trying to post links and they will not show up

  Everytime I try to post a link, the link will not show up in the post. Or they will show up as the text codes with “title= the link” and the actual link.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I don’t copy and paste links into posts and pages. Is that what you are doing? I do what’s in this guide to for creating links in posts and pages: http://en.support.wordpress.com/links/
  This is the general link model:
  <a href="URL HERE">Highlighted anchor text here</a>
  This is the result Highlighted anchor text here

  Enter the anchor text you want to link to first.
  Then use your mouse to highlight that anchor text.
  Next click the chain icon in the editor and proceed to create the link.

  Thanks. I am not copy and pasting, I go to “new Post” then click “link” and then put in the URL, title, and description. If you go look now at the most recent post, this is what it has instead of the link:

  title=”Housing Market Uptrend”>Housing Market Uptrend

  It looks like the only way for it to work is to post in visual, not text, and link from there. It did work once I performed it that way

  Please provide an active link starting with http:// to the post this is happening in.
