I am trying to redeem a domain names

    napavalleywriters.net is registered via wordpress.com according to wildwestdomains.com

    However it was not registered under my current wordpress account and I need to find the owner information as they must have received the renewal email but failed to act. I have used WhoIs but was not able to see who owns the registration that I wish to redeem and continue as it is critical for our NFP writers website. How/where can I find out who is the registered owner of the domain name? They might even no longer be available, so I need solution to retrieving and renewing the domain.

    Do you have a transaction ID for it? If so, send it directly to passwordhelp@wordpress.com, and our Account Recovery team will advise.
