  I am trying to renew my 10 GB upgrade, but when I select PayPal as the payment method, the site goes to a blank page. I have tried this several times.
  PayPal payment is not working correctly.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi there,

  Can you show me where in the process the site turns up blank? I was going through the steps and found this was the first:

  

  From there, if you put in any zipcode and hit Renew 10GB for $20.00 USD, I am taken directly to the PayPal page. If at that point you weren’t taken to PayPal, it might have been a PayPal glitch. Currently I am taken to the correct page as seen here:

  

  I did find that if you do not enter a zipcode the page you are sent to is blank.

  Can you try again with a zipcode and see if it’s working now?
