I am trying to renew my domain subscription, and could not find a place on the website to make payment w my credit card

You should be able to renew your domain through Manage Purchases section in your account which you can read more details about it on this support page:
If you’re still having difficulties, you can tag your thread with “modlook” (without quotes) on the right side – under “Tags” section to get some help from staff.

I admit not really great w this stuff :). I went in per your instructions and fished around only to find upgrade plan, and other. I still could not find where to set up and enter credit card purchases.Thanks,

Hello again. I also went thru domain section, payment history, all kind of areas still w no luck. More than likely this is something simple, but just not finding it.

I added ‘modlook’ tag so staff can take a look into your account. In the mean time, you also may want to double check that you login to the account in which you made the purchase.

I also checked your account and couldn’t find any domain there.
What domain are you trying to renew? Would you mind checking if you have another WordPress.com account?
