  I am trying to renew my company’s subscription for $99 a year. When I go to enter the card info, it says, ‘This blog is not subscribed to some of these products. Did you mean to purchase them?’

  According to other forum threads I’ve seen, that error message likely means you’re not logged into the administrator account that purchased the upgrade. Only that account can renew it.
