  On trying to renew my domain, I find that I cannot access anywhere on the dashboard to make payment.

  Are you logged in as the account that owns integralalive.com? Is there another account you might have used to purchase the domain?

  Your problem is usually someone logging in with the wrong account

  auxclass is correct, the domain integralalive.com is owned under a different WordPress.com username. You’ll need to login as the username who purchased the domain name to renew it.

  I’ve sent an email to address associated with the domains owner, hopefully that will help you to renew. :)
