  For my new site ‘www.drsuns.com’, I am trying to set up my blog with posting of video with each about 30 – 40 mins long. What is the best way to do this properly? Also, some of the post I uploaded MP3 file but it does not play. How should I solve that problem?

  Those sites are not hosted here at WordPress.COM and you are posting to the wrong support forum.
