    I am trying to shut down abandoned websites that i’m being charged for.

    I NEED HELP.. I will have to dispute all charges, if I can’t find out what account is charging my card.

    Hi there,

    If you’re not sure what site the charge is for, please search for the charge at https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ – enter the transaction details on that form, and it will tell you if that charge exists on our end and what site it’s for.

    You can also use the Contact Support link on that page to contact our billing support team directly for further help with this – to track down the transaction we’ll need to get some additional information from you which we cannot discuss here in the public forums.

    Note that if you instead dispute the charges, the site in question will be locked, an additional charge for a chargeback fee will be added to your account, and you’ll only be refunded if and when the dispute is resolved in your favour, which could take up to two months.
