I am trying to transfer my domain

    I al trying to transfer my domain but it says I have to wait 60 days. I watched the video on doing it before than with mapping and it tells me I have to pay. I have the free account, the video shows that the account doesn’t have to be purchased.

    Site: (email visible only to moderators and staff).
    WP.com: Yes
    Correct account: Yes

    Hi there:

    The 60 day transfer lock is set by the domain registry authority, so it’s not something that you would be able to circumvent.

    Note that you do need a paid plan in order to use your domain as the primary address for your blog here at WordPress.com – whether you transfer the domain to us or map the domain to your site. You can review the different plan options here:
