I am trying to upload a file and it isn't working. Suggestions?

  I ma trying to upload an xlm file and it isn’t working. What should I do?

  Are you referring to importing an xml file?

  What is the size of the XML file, please?
  Is the site you have the XML export file from still online?
  If yes, what is the URL?

  Sometimes the importer gets stuck. If the file is large you may have to import Posts, Pages, etc. in separate files. Or if the file is very large Staff may have to do the import.
