Hello all, Any help offered by community members is done here in these forums, as per our forums Best Practices and Community Standards.
https://wordpress.com/forums/topic/best-practices-community-standards/
Violating those terms and guidelines can get you temporarily or permanently suspended from posting here.
@sniwaserode it looks like your above WordPress site is hosted with a 3rd party host and not here on WordPress.com, the hosting provider.
Have you reached out to your web hosting provider’s support? If they say this is an issue with the open source WordPress software itself, head over to the forums at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/ for assistance.
Not sure of the difference between WordPress.com and WordPress? This guide helps explain https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/

Hi @sniwaserode,
Thank you for reaching out and for providing those details. I understand you’re facing an issue with accepting payments through Razorpay. I know how important it is for your store to have everything working correctly.
I would have loved to look into this for you directly. However, when I checked your site, it appears you are not hosted with us here on WordPress.com. It looks like your site is hosted with Porkbun.com.
This is an important distinction because there are two main flavors of WordPress:
- WordPress.com: A hosted platform where we manage the technical side for you, including support.
- WordPress.org (often called “self-hosted”): The free, open-source software you can install on a hosting provider’s server (like Porkbun, GoDaddy, Bluehost, etc.). With this, support for technical and plugin issues is handled by your hosting provider or the plugin developers.
Since your site is self-hosted with Porkbun, we on the WordPress.com team are unable to directly access or troubleshoot your site’s backend.
The most effective path to resolve this Razorpay plugin issue is to contact the plugin developers directly, as they are the experts on its functionality. You can open a support topic with them here:
https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woo-razorpay/That said, if you’d ever like to move to a platform where we do provide world-class support for your entire site, we’d be happy to have you at WordPress.com! We can even help you migrate your site for free. As a welcome gesture, you can get 50% off on the Business plan.
If you’re interested in making the switch, you can request a free migration here:
