I am unable to access new domains neither publish forums as one of my site has been suspended

  my domain name was lalapapa.wordpress.com I want to create one and I am unable to raise my questions in forums and it is showing forum posting locked because one of your blog or website has been suspended if it is the problem please find a solution for my query.

  Suspended sites are never discussed on this public forum. As very clearly indicated on your site, the only way to restore your site is by using the contact form on the Support Document, https://en.support.wordpress.com/suspended-blogs/
