You can’t use Plugins with WordPress.COM. More on that here:
https://en.support.wordpress.com/plugins/The only way I know of to get paid for things here is to integrate with PayPal, though if I’m reading the information right, you can only be paid for one item at a time.
There are two steps. First you establish the amount the button represents and get a custom link for it here:
https://en.support.wordpress.com/paypal/get-paypal-button-code/And then to add that button to your site, go here (which references the link above, as well)
https://en.support.wordpress.com/paypal/view-all/Otherwise, to use a shopping cart, you’d need to self-host on WordPress.ORG, and all the information about that is over here:

Hello Jagadish,
Ecwid team is here.
As writesrealgood mentioned, it’s impossible to add Ecwid directly to wordpress.com (WP hosted). In March 2016 WordPress.com disabled the ability to add Ecwid to WordPress.com sites as well as other third party plugins (i.e. if you want to use WordPress as a hosted solution, you can enable default plugins offered by WordPress, but not thrid party ones). For those users who added Ecwid store to the site before March 2016 it continues working as before. There is a workaround. You can create a new page on your site and add there a link to your Ecwid store. When you get an account registered with Ecwid, there is Starter Site created for you. Ecwid Starter site is a basic one-page web site with Ecwid’s cart and checkout onboard. It is fully hosted and maintained by Ecwid. It’s available for every existing and new Ecwid user, so you can start selling as soon as you create an Ecwid account. No extra actions required — if you have an Ecwid account, you already have your Starter Site.
So you can place a link to your Ecwid starter site (i.e. Ecwid store) on your WordPress page. You can find the link to Ecwid Starter site in Settings —> General —> Starter Site. Thus when your customers visit your WordPress store page, they will be offered to visit your online Ecwid store.
If you run a site with WordPress.org (downloadable solution by WordPress), we have an Ecwid plugin for this solution.
