I am unable to change my mail ID for Admin

    I am unable to change the Admin mail id as it says that a confirmatory mail has been sent to new mail ID but I am not receiving any mail. I tried to change the admin email through PhpMyadmin route but still it ends up at confirmatory mail that is never there..
