I am unable to change my nameservers

  Hello, Im not sure whats going on, but I have changed my name servers on my wordpress site to point to hostgator, and each time I hit “save” the old nameservers from WordPress re-propagate the nameserver windows. I thought maybe this was because it worked, but was taking a while to show up online (it says it can take up to 72 hours) but its not working. I cant seem to get the changes to save.

  Hi there,

  It looks like you have successfully set one Hostgator name server under Store -> My Domains -> Edit Domain -> Name Servers. That name server is as follows:

  ns6214.hostgator.com

  Currently, the domain is loading your Hostgator site now. Can you let me know if it’s working correctly on your side as well?

  Yes, for some strange reason after trying to reload the page and change nameservers, it only took one of my nameservers. I cant get the second, ns6213.hostgator.com to save.

  Hi there,

  I was able to get the name servers to save correctly. However, I noticed you had reverted back to WordPress.com name servers so I didn’t want to make the switch without first making sure you still wanted to point your domain to HostGator. If you would like me to input the name servers for you, just reply back to confirm!
