  Seasons Greetings To All:

  I wanted to leave a comment re WordPress’ new “HELP” layout announcement but was unable to do so. The message said that I haven’t added a WordPress URL in my profile – which is not true. It is http://masterclasslady.wordpress.com

  Because of this I cannot post a comment on their annnouncement page. This never happened before.

  Could support assist me with this?

  Your profile shows your mapped domain, so maybe change it to http://masterclasslady.wordpress.com instead and see if that helps.

  Mapped domains, wordpress.com URLs, or empty will all let you comment on en.blog.wordpress.com.

  We weren’t stripping off the ‘www.’ though before doing a comparison with what is in our database. Should be fixed now.
