I’ve tagged this thread for Staff attention, but I see you also received a reply to your earlier forum thread here: https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/refund-1871?replies=2#post-2759227

Hi there,
I’ve refunded the mapping portion of your plan as well. You should receive it in about 10 business days.

I’ve just discovered Word press has deleted my site without any notice to me. I had called them in August because I needed to edit my site. Because it’s been years, and I was having problems accessing it, I got some “email help” somehow. It certainly wasn’t easy to find. In response, they sent me a number of links which I was told would work, and which in fact, DIDN’T work. Of course, talking to someone on the phone to walk me through what to do wasn’t an option. Subsequent illness in the family meant I didn’t get back to trying to sort out all their confusing email instructions (which I tried, and which STILL don’t work, by the way, until this morning. When I discovered my web page is GONE. I just don’t have time for this. On top of costing me lost business, now I’m going to have to pay to develop a new web page from scratch and find another site to host. I really wanted to keep my site with Word Press, but first to have them not provide the option of a live body on the phone to help me through trouble shooting so I could access my site, and then to delete my site altogether, which took me hours to build — REALLY? There are no help-desk phone numbers….could they be any less helpful, or professional? I’m in tears here. Really didn’t need this today.

I also don’t know why I’m logged in under profitessmeg — It should be under my business name. What on earth is going on?

Clear your browser cache https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache and cookies https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-wordpress-com-cookies and use the correct login information to login under your other account.
Note that although you went on and on about not getting support https://en.support.wordpress.com/?s=help you failed to provide any relevant information regarding the username account and site you are trying to log in under.
What is the exact URL starting with http:// of the wordpress.COM hosted site you refer to please?
And, exactly which wordpress.COM username account registered that site?
This is wordpress.COM support. I’m asking because we cannot accurately answer questions posted here until we have confirmed the URL referred to and verified the hosting.
We provide support only for wordpress.COM hosted sites. Our support docs do not apply to
(1) local installs of wordpress.ORG software on your own server or
(2) wordpress.ORG software installs on paid hosting, and we do not provide support for them at wordpress.COM. That support is found at http://wordpress.ORG/support/Also, note that we do not provide Jetpack support https://jetpack.me/support/ for sites linked to wordpress.COM accounts with the Jetpack plugin so they display on the My Sites wordpress.com account page.

If you are logged in under this username it’s because you used this username or it’s connected email address on the login screen. There is no other way to log into WordPress.com.

We never delete active sites. Doing so would be a breach of our own terms of service. We have also never offered phone support, so if you called someone it wasn’t us. This tells me your site was most likely built using the self-hosted version of WordPress, called WordPress.org, and installed at a hosting provider, not with us.
If your site was installed with a hosting provider and you failed to renew your hosting, that provider would have deleted your site. If that’s the case, the only way to get it back is to contact your hosting provider and hope they still have a backup of your site available. Self-hosted sites are not connected to WordPress.com in any way and we neither have backups of them, nor the ability to delete them.
I see you had tried adding a domain mapping here for envyandmix.co.uk. Is that the site you are looking for? That domain was bought in June from names.co.uk, and is pointing to Wix, which tells me if you had a site at that domain it was made with Wix. That domain had never been connected with any account or site on WordPress.com until you tried to map it on 6 October.
