  Sorry, we can’t do that for you.
  To delete a WordPress.com blog you must take the steps outlined here: http://en.support.wordpress.com/delete-site/
  Accounts cannot be deleted (as stated in the Terms of Service) but, you can deactivated it. You can read how to do that here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/deleting-accounts/
