I am unable to find my sites

I have an error message saying “You don’t have any WordPress sites yet.” but I have about 5 sites!! Am I doing something ridiculously basically wrong?

I feel sure I am doing something wrong that is super simple – but have spent over an hour trying to work out what that is. My sites have disappeared. upstage.org.es for example

Hi @upstageorges, I’d bet you’ve got more than one account, or the WordPress sites might be hosted elsewhere — and you can manage them here through our interface, you’d just need to add them first.
Can you link us to a few of the sites? We’ll help you sort this out.

Ok. I found one site you mentioned in another thread. That installation isn’t hosted here, but you can use our services to help take care of them. And you’ll need to sort out the login issue first.
But after that, if you’d like to use our interface to manage that and the others, just connect them through Jetpack. We have a little more information on how that works here:
