  If you can’t access your account on WordPress.com, you can try resetting your password in the Lost Password page.

  Follow the instructions on the page and in the confirmation email carefully.

  After you enter your email address, go to your email and check for the confirmation message. It will contain a link to reset your password. Click this link, and you’ll be taken to a page where you can choose a new password for your account.

  If you don’t receive the email right away, check your spam and other folders as well. The confirmation email can get caught there sometimes.
